Learning Assistant | French Speaker | Porto

We are currently looking for a Learning Assistant (French Speaker) to join an international HR team based in Porto.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong administrative background and an interest in Learning & Development.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination, administration, and tracking of training activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including room bookings, training materials, catering arrangements, and accommodation when required.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external learning providers to ensure seamless training delivery.
Create and manage training sessions within the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors LMS).
Manage participant registrations, waiting lists, invitations, and training documentation.
Maintain and update employees' training records and learning history.
Ensure proper filing, archiving, and compliance of training-related documentation.
Support invoice processing, expense validation, and training budget monitoring.
Prepare reports and update training activity dashboards and performance indicators.

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or support role.
Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors LMS is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Fluent French & English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
